The first step in the process is to fill in a dealer application form. We are always looking for dealers that have a retail space or wish to open one. We also work with National federations and teams. After completing an application, one of our account managers will get back to you with the next steps.

To order products, you need to be a JVD dealer. If you are a dealer, you will see the option on the product pages to add items to your shopping cart, when you are logged in.

If you own a business and would like to become a dealer, please complete the dealer application form. We do not sell directly to consumers.

You can find detailed information about the products on the product pages, including product specifications, videos and key features. If you are a dealer, you can log in for extra information, including technical and media downloads where available. If you can’t find the information you need, please feel free to contact your account manager. Our dedicated team of product specialists are looking forward to helping you out!

Once an expected arrival date for an out-of-stock item is confirmed with our suppliers and transporters, the stock level will be replaced with this expected arrival date on the product page. Please note these dates are not guaranteed.

If you have a product to return for warranty, you should contact the shop where you purchased the item. If you are a dealer and the product was purchased at JVD you can log in and complete the form on the “My Returns” tab on your dealer dashboard. Make sure you have the relevant information at hand, including the product code and order number. You can then ship it to us for compensation.
